Pixel Ramen modernized The Vancouver Club's digital landscape by facilitating a smooth transition from WordPress to the Webflow CMS platform. This strategic migration not only infused the Club's existing brand with a modern design system — it also provided the Club's marketing team with an effortlessly manageable content platform. This transformation helped to ensure that The Vancouver Club's online presence continues to reflect its esteemed reputation.
Over a decade's worth of content was categorized and triaged for migration, removal or merging.
The migration process was highly collaborative. Together with The Vancouver Club, our team performed a comprehensive analysis of the content organization in the existing legacy CMS. This involved classifying all content, uploads, pages and posts. Content was meticulously processed so as to streamline the organization of the new site information architecture, with the end goal being an exceptional and user-friendly navigation experience for visitors.
Improved information architecture, presented as a sitemap, streamlines the migration and organizes the content strategy.
